Capitalizing on his clinical experinece, Dr. Kavros has made significant contributions to the medical device industry. After 9 years in private practice, he transitioned to the medical device industry for five years gaining significant business experience. He honed his skills in sales, marketing, product development, distribution and commercialization with Howmedica Orthopedics (Division of Pfizer), followed by Maryland Medical Laboratories, Inc. Following his two decade career at Mayo Clinic, he returned to the medical device industry.
